Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

A short email informing us that the return is on its way is appreciated, but no return form is required.

The direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility. Return shipping costs vary depending on your country and chosen carrier.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned products, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid with your order.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We may wait until the returned products have been received before issuing the refund.
