For proper healing, you must wait for X-Ray results to rule out a fracture BEFORE beginning the treatment outlined below. If your wrist is fractured, it must be cast so the bones can heal properly first.
The following treatment plan is for wrists without a cast, or after the cast has been removed.

How to wear a WristWidget?
The exact placement of the Wrist Widget for a TFCC tear is important. After removing the Wristwidget from its package, wrap the brace around your arm. Pass the straps through the given holes and secure them in such a way that one of the rectangular spaces fits on the ulna (lower ulnar extremity). Remove the tape, covering the look and hoop, and tighten the WristWidget according to your need. WristWidget equally fits on both left and right wrist. A more secure grip is recommended during strenuous activity and it can be loose during rest or sleep. Just follow the treatment protocol!
